Letizia commenced employment with WestWise Recruitment in 2003 in Business Development and was responsible for building the Liverpool Branch. Letizia’s career development has now found her Managing the WestWise Recruitment business. Letizia possesses over 15 years’ experience in the Recruitment Industry and has completed Certificate IV in Frontline Management and a Diploma of Management. Letizia’s analytical and strategic thinking allows her to structure, standardise and streamline processes to provide more accurate and productive systems. This enhances WestWise Clients’ experience with the WestWise service and facilitates better business decisions.


John commenced employment with WestWise Recruitment at the beginning of 2018 in the role of Business Development and is responsible for building the Liverpool Branch, not to mention building clientele into different parts of Sydney to enable Westwise to expand into multiple offices across NSW. John has had up to 12 years’ experience in the Recruitment and Human Resources sector and began to apply his trade back in the late 90’s/early 2000’s. In that time John spent most of his years as a Sales Executive then moved onto Business Development and later Managed Branches. John always had a major hand in landing small, medium or large accounts. Both on a local or National level. Today John is back in his favourite seat looking for New opportunities and attempting to grow the business and the brand. John aspires to be our National Sales Manager and will be taking us into different states as the business grows from strength to strength.


Danielle has been a valued staff member at WestWise since 2012. Starting in a Receptionist role with her bubbly personality, then progressing into a Consultants role / Return to Work Co-Ordinators role, ultimately now working alongside the Manager Letizia as her Personal Assistant & also as a Return to Work Co-Ordinator. Danielle’s knowledge & experience comes from being in the recruiting industry for over 10 years & from studying Business Management, Return to work, and Drug & Alcohol Testing courses.


Joining Westwise this August, Emma has near 15 years combined HR/WHS experience across a variety of industries including registered clubs, professional services, retail and trades-based businesses. Emma completed her initial tertiary studies in 2009, gaining a Bachelor of Social Science Degree (Majors in both HRM & HRD), which is now complimented with a Post Graduate Certificate in WHS this June 2018. Emma’s professional passion is helping clients achieve work health and safety compliance and improvements, along with supporting clients with other complimentary needs through WestWise Consulting Services.


Peta commenced with WestWise Recruitment April 2017 and has progressed from a Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager through to our Operations Team Leader.  Peta has over 16 years of experience within the recruitment industry with proven success in delivering end-to-end recruitment outcomes across a variety of roles. Her experience ranges from entry level, right through to senior management. Peta has the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide an efficient and quality service that is professional and credible. Peta lends a personal approach to all her dealings with both clients and candidates. She always enjoys a challenge and is driven by consistently meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations, working closely with candidates and clients alike. Peta develops a clear understanding of both the client’s requirements and the candidates needs to ensure the right person is hired for the right job. Peta believes in being proactive, not reactive which assists the team and business to achieve goals.


Jonathan is a highly driven Recruitment Consultant, with over 10 years’ experience in Sales, Account Management, Strategy & Business Development in Banking, Real Estate, IT & FMCG sectors. Jonathan has the ability to build and maintain strong business and candidate relationships. He has a great passion to ensure the right candidate fits the criteria of his clients and is currently apart of looking after one of WestWise’s largest clients.


Angela is a highly motivated and passionate recruitment consultant, with a strong desire to ensure that the right candidates are recruited and placed in their ideal role with WestWise . Angela has over 2 years’ experience within the recruitment industry, specialising in Blue Collar Recruitment and Operational Management within the transport and logistics sector. Angela has successfully account managed some of Australia’s largest market chain supermarkets as well as NSW Council and Government White Collar sectors.


Angelique joined our WestWise Recruitment team in 2018 and brings WestWise Recruitment over 2 years industry experience as a recruitment consultant / account manager.  Being passionate about her career within the recruitment industry< Angelique thrives on meeting and exceeding her goals with both client and customer satisfaction and has the ability to fill our positions with the right person within blue and white-collar sectors. Angelique enjoys working within a team environment that believes in true partnership and ensuring consistency in establishing and building client and candidate satisfaction.

Courtney has a strong background in customer service and we value her passion, personality and skills in our business.


Naomi began as Recruitment Consultant with WestWise in 2013, bringing with her over 10 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. With proven success in delivering end-to-end recruitment outcomes, Naomi has also shown the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Naomi has recently moved into our Systems Administrator role assisting the team and the business to work more efficiently through maintaining and improving systems.


Luella is the longest standing employee of WestWise Recruitment with over 20 years of service. Luella worked in WestWise as a Recruitment Consultant for 12 years before she opted to make the change into payroll. Her analytical approach and keen eye for detail ensures prompt and accurate processing of payments.


Nora Lee Maingard has been with WestWise since 2014 in the role of Bookkeeper. She has over 40 years’ experience in all aspects of accounting, both in Canada and Australia. Her expertise in this area ensures that the day to day running of WestWise financials is completed accurately and to the legal requirements.
